Somehow the death of a loved one always comes as a shock. Even when expected, or when seen as a release, it is also dreaded, and can induce shock and panic.
Time constraints and the emotional process of grief can make it hard to set our minds to arrangements for a funeral.
Funeral directors will help you with the legalities and the basic practical details, but it can be difficult to know where to turn to find a fitting and meaningful ritual or ceremony to say goodbye properly to your beloved relative or friend.
As a One Spirit Interfaith Minister I can create for you a bespoke funeral service, in consultation with you, that focusses on the deceased, and on the wishes and beliefs of all concerned.
In the context of your loved one’s personality, of his or her interests, beliefs and known wishes for this event we can put together a parting ceremony that is meaningful for all concerned.
I am truly proud and honoured to be able to offer this for you. Please do not hesitate to contact me for ideas and further help.
